Guido de Koning & Rosa de Koning

We started The Maturity Project because we repeatedly observed that the effectiveness of an organization goes hand in hand with the maturity of the people leading it.

Cofounders Guido and Rosa de Koning met at Gallup at the beginning of their careers. They spent their careers helping individual leaders, executive teams, and organizations globally navigate growth, change, complexity, and transformation.

The people behind the maturity project

While at Gallup, Guido consulted Fortune 500 organizations on engagement and organizational transformation in different parts of the world. He was born and raised in the Netherlands, and lived and worked in the UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and the USA. He went on to serve as a Chief People Officer in mostly private-equity owned organizations in healthcare, technology, and global operations. He has worked extensively with boards, as a board member, advisor, and operating executive. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands.

Rosa served as a strengths coach and talent selection consultant at Gallup, before becoming a certified executive coach for senior leaders and their teams. She has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies in the US, Latin America, and Europe. She holds a Master’s degree from both Texas A&M and Phoenix Seminary, a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Talbot Seminary Phoenix, focusing her research on maturity in leadership.
